This policy applies to reports or complaints of violations of the Code of Conduct, which may be submitted by anyone. Reports or complaints of alleged conduct that falls within the scope of a separate specific UTI/NASCAR Tech/MMI/MIAT (“UTI”) policy (e.g., Harassment, Title IX Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct) will be handled in accordance with the procedures outlined in those specific policies. If more than one policy or procedure may apply to some or all of the conduct at issue in a report or complaint, UTI will determine in its discretion what policy and procedure to use in addressing and resolving the report or complaint.
