This course introduces students to the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), aircraft inspection concepts, and technical drawings as they pertain to aviation maintenance and operations. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework governing aviation safety, including the interpretation and application of FARs in maintenance procedures. The course emphasizes the principles of inspection, including defect identification, evaluation techniques, and compliance with airworthiness standards. Students will also learn to interpret and create technical drawings, including blueprints and schematics, to ensure accuracy in maintenance and repairs. Practical exercises, case studies, and problem-solving scenarios are integrated throughout the course to reinforce learning and prepare students for real-world applications.
