Georgia Students are encouraged to first seek assistance for any type of concern from the appropriate department Director or Campus President at their campus. Formal complaints must be made in writing and may be submitted via email or in person to the appropriate department. For general inquiries or to submit a complaint. An investigation into the alleged complaint will commence and should be completed within 30 days, with any delays communicated to the appropriate parties.
