This course explores the principles of organizational behavior and examines how individual, group, and organizational factors influence workplace effectiveness. Students investigate topics such as job satisfaction, motivation, personality, values, emotions, communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational change to better understand how people and organization’s function. Emphasis is placed on applying organizational behavior theories to improve collaboration, decision-making, employee performance, and organizational success. Through the analysis of workplace situations and organizational practices, students develop the critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills needed to contribute effectively in today's dynamic work environments.
