Students must first attempt to settle the matter informally. This should be done by discussing the issue with the instructor. The instructor has seven (7) business days after the end of the course to make changes to the student’s grade. If, and only if, these informal procedures have failed to settle the matter, the student may initiate MIAT’s formal Grade Dispute procedures as outlined below. Only a final course grade may be appealed.
